KEMET spherical lapping machine

The KemiSphere II is a single-station spherical lapping and polishing machine designed to connect two spherical shapes. With the appropriate tooling, the machine is capable of lapping and polishing spherical shapes to a roundness of over 5 μm with a mirror-polished finish. It's the perfect replacement for work currently carried out by unanimous hand lapping, the compact size of this machine is perfect to complement any workshop that engages in spherical lapping.
