Each of the 5 areas of activity is made up of autonomous departments which exclusively manage several product lines and have their own means of marketing, follow-up and product maintenance.
FENWICK operates not only in France, but also, through its subsidiaries in Italy (ALGAR in Milan), Spain and Portugal (FENWICK IBERICA in Barcelona) and Benelux (PRECITOOL FENWICK in Antwerp).

History
In 1862, Noël FENWICK set up a commission-export business at 8 rue St-Georges in Paris.
It sold consumer goods and fashion items such as statuettes, trinkets, antique furniture, fashion items, trinkets and musical instruments to tourists (mainly of Anglo-Saxon origin).
The company exports mainly to the United States.
FENWICK acquires the century-old company BOUTET, a European specialist in industrial handles and clamping knobs.
ALGAR, the Italian subsidiary of the FENWICK Group, is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
The FENWICK Group celebrates its 160th anniversary. At the same time, FENWICK obtains Qualiopi certification for its training school.
