Presentation

Fuji Machine Manufacturing Co. Ltd. was founded in 1959 by Sakagami San and offers machine tool solutions.

In 1978, as electronics became increasingly present in the world, Fuji expanded its product range by marketing its first automated electronic component insertion machine. Fuji became a leader in SMT production equipment, offering some of the most precise, repeatable, robust and innovative insertion machines on the market.

Since 1981, Fenwick and Fuji have maintained close ties to provide the best possible customer service. Today, Fenwick's European network is made up of 14 itinerant after-sales technicians, enabling us to maintain your lines in operational condition.

In an industrial context where flows are increasingly tense and time is precious, our aim is to provide you with an ever more efficient and responsive service. As part of this optimization process, Fenwick has created a department dedicated to the maintenance of Fuji placement heads.
This workshop is equipped with an adjustment bench, a test bench and all the tools required for preventive and corrective maintenance of your heads. Our head maintenance and repair processes have of course been validated by Fuji.

Some Fuji products

FUJI has developed the SmartFAB to meet the need for automation and cost reduction in plants producing a wide variety of products.

The AIMEX-R model can be adapted to any type of production with total flexibility.

This high-performance platform supports all types of SMT and holds up to 130 feeders (8mm). The AIMEX-R allows quick and easy series changes to optimize operator workload.

The FUJI AIMEX-III can be fitted with one or two placement heads, and in particular the DX head, which allows the use of a 12-nozzle R12 tool for chip placement, a 4-nozzle R4 tool for complex package placement, or an S1 tool or mechanical gripper for placement of exotic components.

The NXTR Model S offers a truly modular design for optimal line configuration according to need.

Our flexible solution integrates seamlessly with your production environment and boosts productivity with wizard and macro-based automation.

FUJI CORPORATION, world-renowned for its equipment for the electronics industry, has developed a 5-axis robot called SmartWing.

Designed with cutting-edge technology, the SmartWing complements manual work processes such as dispensing, assembling parts or affixing labels...
