Thanks to this software, component shortages on the machine and replenishment errors are avoided. As all production processes can be connected to it, NEXIM enables the entire production process to be controlled, moving towards the FUJI Smart Factory / Industrie 4.0 concept.

By reading traceability codes (e.g. Datamatrix...) on the electronic boards, NEXIM also processes the data and automatically pilots series changes, drastically reducing human intervention and eliminating downtime between series changes.

What's more, since NEXIM automatically stores information on all operations carried out on the machines, FUJI's software is able to manage data from an entire production line, and is capable of communicating with inspection and reflow machines of various brands. This feature helps prevent quality drift. In fact, NEXIM continuously monitors the state of the line, alerting the operator to the need for preventive maintenance and anticipating any potential failures.

To guarantee high productivity and quality, it is essential to detect problems and remedy them quickly. NEXIM makes it possible to check production status, regardless of geographical location, thanks to mobile applications. Alerts can be programmed according to pre-defined thresholds.
