This remote camera, with the same features and algorithms as those mounted on the SMT machine, enables images of components to be captured and the vision process to be tested under production conditions. In some cases, variations may occur between components in different batches, bringing production to a halt. When this happens, it is possible to quickly compensate for these errors and restart production by modifying the component directly on the machine for the Aimex range, and on a line PC for the NXT range.
