If vision data is incorrectly parameterized, this can lead to image recognition errors and repeated machine stoppages.

- Ease of use
Thanks to artificial intelligence, the ASG identifies not only the type of case, but also the balls and lugs on the case body, to create precise component data. This is also effective when creating complex housings. This makes the creation of housings within everyone's reach.

By using a remote camera, it is possible to create data off-line without impacting productivity.
This remote camera, with the same features and algorithms as those mounted on the SMT machine, enables images of components to be captured and the vision process to be tested under production conditions. This reduces the risk of machine downtime due to vision errors when launching a product into production.
- Immediate responsiveness
In some cases, variations may occur between components in different batches, bringing production to a halt. When this happens, it is possible to quickly compensate for these errors and restart production by modifying the component directly on the machine for the Aimex range, and on a line PC for the NXT range.
