FUJI's NXT-R SMT platform is dedicated to the production of electronic boards in medium to large production runs, depending on the configuration selected. It features the front-loading system so popular with the previous generation, enabling the operator to optimize the flow around the machine.
FUJI's compact placement heads can be easily exchanged, without special tooling, for easy maintenance with no impact on productivity.
The modular concept of the NXT-R allows flexibility and adaptability to all types of production profile. A module can be configured with one or two placement heads for maximum speeds of up to 50,000 cph (100,000 cph with two heads).
The NXT-R meets the most demanding quality standards on the market, with a placement accuracy of ±25 μm .
The NXT-R can accommodate boards up to 750 x 610 mm in single-conveyor configuration.
Each module can now accommodate up to 63 8mm feeders. Various formats of tray elevators complete the range of packaging options.
Maintenance of nozzles, feeders and heads can be carried out off-line using dedicated automatic maintenance robots. These units ensure reliable, fast and cost-effective maintenance.
