GPX-C

The FUJI GPX-C accepts frames up to 750 x 864 mm and boards up to 610 x 610 mm. Its very high precision (12µ at 6 sigmas) and loading and unloading speed (7.5 seconds) enable it to meet the requirements of high-tech SMT lines with very short cycle times.
The GPX-C is equipped as standard with an on-field card clamping system for screen printing right to the edge of the card, programmable servo-controlled doctor blade pressure, programmable multi-level screen peeling, programmable screen cleaning and a FUJI-standard icon-based operator interface. It can also be fitted with an optional adjustable adapter for multiple frame sizes, an automatic cream feeder using the original jar packaging, and an SPI cream deposit inspection system.
Finally, like all FUJI platforms, the GPX-C benefits from all NEXIM software features, enabling program creation and editing, as well as traceability.
