VORTEC air nozzles significantly reduce compressed air consumption and noise compared to open-nozzle jets. Thanks to proven amplification technology, VORTEC nozzles draw in and accelerate the surrounding free air, delivering up to 25 times the volume of compressed air.
While reducing air consumption, energy and operating costs, Vortec nozzles also reduce noise levels by up to 60%.
Vortec nozzles are available in a full range of designs, materials, sizes and power ratings compatible with most installations; they can replace open copper tubes, flexible pipes, drilled hoses and other nozzles that are not designed to save air. Worker safety standards are also met with Vortec's OSHA-approved safety air nozzles, which comply with OSHA 1910.242(b) pressure regulations.
