The iFoiler™ from Pillar Technologies is a high-end induction sealer designed for production lines requiring a high-performance, adaptable sealing solution. The iFoiler™ can store a variety of configurations for fast, accurate sealing, ideal for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and cosmetics. - Touchscreen interface: The iFoiler features a 5.7" TFT QVGA color touchscreen, offering a simple, intuitive interface. It supports several languages (English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish and Portuguese) and includes memory functions to record conveyor power and speed parameters, improving efficiency and quality.
- Washdown protection: The unit complies with IP65 standards, guaranteeing complete protection against washdown processes. It uses a stainless steel and anodized aluminum inverter, saving energy while maximizing power.
- Mobility and Durability: Mounted on a durable mobile cart, the iFoiler features independent ball-bearing castors for greater mobility, plus leveling pads for stability. It also features a 20" adjustable height and an accurate coil height indicator.
