Reduced air consumption thanks to the use of stepped cylinders.
Backlash-free, prismatic ram enables high-precision work, even with column-free tooling.
Tooling is fastened from the front (not from below). Half-shells ensure long tool life.
Working height can be adjusted by means of a fine-pitch screw/nut system controlled by an external handwheel positioned at the top of the frame, with no need to worry about accessibility. A graduated ruler facilitates operation.
The head is guided on a large H7/f7 machined surface.
The head is secured by bolts that pass through the entire thickness of the casting. This is important for the machine's stability under load.
Very wide mounting surface for easy tooling attachment and T-slots.
Defined start of power stroke: execution of approach stroke via hand lever and elbow joint. The 5.9 mm power stroke is triggered by pressing the button or, alternatively, by a defined rotary movement of the hand lever.
