Direct-acting pneumatic presses

Adjustable working stroke of 40 mm; 60 mm optional on types 4 , 8 and 12 kN LP. 80 mm optional on types 13 and 20 kN LP. Other strokes on request.

The 2 kN LPL model can be supplied with a slide fitted with an anti-rotation guide. The backlash-free, prismatic slide enables extremely precise working, even with column-free tooling.

The tooling is attached from the front (not from below). Half-shells help preserve tool life.

Working height can be adjusted using a fine-pitch screw/nut system controlled by an external handwheel positioned at the top of the frame. No need to worry about accessibility. A graduated ruler facilitates operation

The head is guided on a large H7/f7 machined surface.

The head is fastened by bolts that pass through the entire thickness of the frame casting. This is important for the machine's stability under load.

Very wide mounting surface for easy tooling attachment and T-slots.
