Vortex cabinet cooler

VORTEC chillers are first-generation vortex tube chillers that refrigerate compressed air to compensate for heat build-up in control panels.
Vortex cabinet coolers are available in NEMA 2, NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X versions, and can be purchased with or without an electric thermostat (constant operation).

All VORTEC coolers operate on clean, dry, 5µ-filtered compressed air. Moisture in the supply air leads to condensation and frost formation, disrupting Vortec tube operation and potentially polluting the cabinet. In addition, all Vortec coolers are supplied as standard with a 5µ filter for installation in the compressed air network.

This is an environmentally-friendly system, with no CFC emissions and no maintenance, since it has no moving parts. What's more, the VORTEC system creates no interference in the field of radio frequencies.
