QUESTIONS - ANSWERS :

How do you mount your Aquamot fixed pod motors?
Fixed pod motors are generally installed between the keel and the rudder. It is preferable to place the motor closer to the keel than to the rudder. After the propeller, hydrodynamic turbulence can produce vibrations at the rudder.

The motor should also be positioned on the leeward side of the keel for less resistance. Aquamot engines with fixed pods must also be mounted parallel to the waterline for maximum thrust. That's why Aquamot supplies custom-made shims that also help reduce vibration.

What's included in the standard delivery?
In principle, everything is included in the standard delivery except batteries and charger. From the high-efficiency motor incl. fixed-blade propeller, display to start and on/off switch. A customized trim tab and folding propeller are available as options.

What is the warranty?
